  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

  • We accept major payment methods as listed on the website's checkout page.

4. Order Acceptance

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Order acceptance occurs only after we start processing your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products will be shipped within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page.

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

  • You will receive a tracking ID once your order has been shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Since all products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • For damaged/incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.

  • We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Karukarjo, including images, product designs, logos, and text, is the property of Karukarjo.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
