Returns & Refunds Policy

At Karukarjo, every product is carefully handmade with love and craftsmanship. We take great care in packaging and shipping each item. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy below:


1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

  • All our products are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Due to the nature of handmade items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

What to Do:

  • Contact us at karukarjo.ofc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once we review and verify the issue, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items returned without prior communication

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After 12 hours, our artists begin the crafting process, and cancellations may not be possible.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once your return request is approved (if applicable), the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
